Refund Policy

At Thalam360, we strive to provide a seamless workflow experience for creative professionals. Please read our refund policy carefully:

  • Annual Subscription Plans: All payments made for annual subscription plans (ProStudio, EliteStudio) are non-refundable.
  • Free Trials: We offer a 30-day free trial for our paid plans to allow you to evaluate the features before committing to a purchase. No credit card is required to start a trial.
  • Billing Errors: In the rare event of a duplicate payment or technical billing error, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction for assistance.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here is how it works:

Auto-Renewal

By default, subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly enabled. You will be notified via email before your plan expires.

Service Access

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will be downgraded to the 'Starter' (Free) plan.

Data Retention

We do not delete your data immediately upon cancellation or downgrade. You will still have access to your existing projects and leads, though some feature limits may apply according to the Free plan.
